Job Context:
Fingerprint Information Technology Ltd. (FITL), a sister concern of Oxford International School, is hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are also familiar with AI-powered development tools and want to work on innovative web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust full-stack applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend/frontend developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Apply agile methodologies and actively participate in planning and delivery.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of practical experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong expertise in Laravel and Vue.js (Vuex, Vue Router).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, MySQL, and Eloquent ORM.
- Proficient in using Git, Composer, NPM, and Webpack.
Educational Requirements:
- No formal degree required — candidates with proven practical skills and project experience are welcome.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Livewire, Inertia.js, or Nuxt.js is an advantage.
